I just want to let you know that I have received my racket on time which looks fine, however I am disappointed a bit with string tension. I asked for 28lbs but unfortunately I don’t think it is 28lbs, it is already quite loos strings on top end and button end of horizontal strings. Even the vertical strings at centre are sliding around. This is my third racket from you, and the stringing were not issue before!!!! I think I need to restring it again other ways it may deform the racket and affects the enjoyment of the game.
