I have used the strings only once and so far happy with them.
But I would like to provide you a feedback on your system. I received an email (not text) at the time of booking and when I showed the email to the fornt desk he was adament that you NEVER send and email and insisted, almost arogantly, that I show him the text.
Anyway, after I showed him my phone that there was no text and only an email he spoke to someone and my racquet handed over...no apology or even acknoledgement that he did not know your own process.
This has happened so many times now that your systems are neither clear to us nor your own staff.
